Empower hours offer you a chance to discuss anything you’d like to regarding your pregnancy. Personalised support and guidance on your birth choices, relaxation techniques, birth education or just a chance to talk to a non judgemental, knowledgeable person!

Postnatal planning sessions. A 2 hour session where we talk through everything you’ll need to ensure you have a calm, protected and gentle 4th trimester. I provide a journal style handbook for you to fill in and keep.
